TALIKHIDMAT System Maintenance

Customers at Pantu Town, Government Offices, Quarters, Barracks and Police Flats at Pantu, SACOFA Selantik, Pantu Waterwork, Selantik Ulu & Ili, Golder Farm Plantation, Ridan, Merau Tekam & Klassau, Munggu Ridan, Sg. Mansau, Sg. Merah and nearby areas.

However, if the weather does not permit the work to be carried out this power interruption will be postponed until further notice.

We regret for the inconveniences caused and will make efforts to restore the electricity supply within the shortes possible time.

TALIKHIDMAT acts as a one stop communication channel for the public to reach government agencies or non government organisations in the state of Sarawak concerning public services. Initiated by the Chief Minister's Department, it supplements existing communication facilities provided by the agencies.

OBJECTIVE of TALIKHIDMAT is to serve the public by connecting them with an accurate service provider section to handle the reports. With proper management and approach, public will get fast reply.

How to Personalise Your Feedback

Sign-up by selecting the 'Non-Member' option and follow these steps

Kaunter Aduan Bergerak Bersepadu

LIMBANG:  Talikhidmat melalui Unit Pemodenan Perkhidmatan Negeri, Jabatan Ketua Menteri telah menyertai Kaunter Aduan Bergerak Bersepadu sempena Program Mesra Rakyat yang dianjurkan oleh Biro Pengaduan Awan Negeri Sarawak pada 16 Mei 2015 di Dewan Suarah Limbang.  Objektif penyertaan ialah untuk memberikan kesedaran dan pengetahuan kepada orang awam tentang Sistem Talikhidmat dan Aplikasi Mobil Talikhidmat.

Talikhidmat Counter At Labour Day Exhibition

KUCHING:  A Talikhidmat counter was opened at the booth of State Service Modernisation Unit, Chief Minister's Department in an exhibition on 1st May 2015.  The exhibition was held in conjunction with the National Level Labour Day Celebration at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching.  The counter aims to create awareness on Talikhidmat and promote the usage of SCS Talikhidmat App.

Talikhidmat System Enhancement Workshop

KUCHING:  A workshop on Talikhidmat System Enhancement was held on 31 March 2015 by Service Modernisation and Quality Unit, Chief Minister's Department.  A total of 30 participants who are the main system users attended the one-day workshop.  The objectives of the workshop are to identify areas for enhancement and incorporate new requirements set forth in the Guideline For Handling Customer Feedback Through Talikhidmat System No.1/2014.  The director of Service Modernisation and Quality Unit, Mr. William Patrick Nyigor gave his opening remarks which highlighted the importance of public feedback management through Talikhidmat System.  He urged all participants to give valuable views and inputs for the improvement of the system.
