Notice is hereby given there will be an interruption of supply to customers in the following areas:

28th March 2015 (Saturday)
9:00am to 5:00pm

Purpose of Shutdown

11KV System Reinformcement Works KUC-130029


Areas Affected

1. Whole of Kim Chu Shin and Ha Sa Lung area.

2. Whole of Sin San Tu area and Yeung Lok Sin San Tu.

3. Tele-communication Tower at Kim Chu Shin and Sin San Tu.

4. Taman Kimpang, Synergy Garden, Sweet Spring Park, Moyan Jaya, Resident Park, Green Acres, Taman Genesis, Taman Sri Moyan and Hoi Lee.

5. Consumers along Matang/Batu Kawa Road from Kim Chu Shin Road Junction to Lo Ti Kong Road Junction.


Note:  If weather permits,otherwise the shutdown will be postponed.

Any inconvenience caused is very much regretted. Sarawak Energy Berhad will strive to restore supply to consumers affected as soon as possible.

TALIKHIDMAT

 

TALIKHIDMAT acts as a one stop communication channel for the public to reach government agencies or non government organisations in the state of Sarawak concerning public services. Initiated by the Chief Minister's Department, it supplements existing communication facilities provided by the agencies.

OBJECTIVE of TALIKHIDMAT is to serve the public by connecting them with an accurate service provider section to handle the reports. With proper management and approach, public will get fast reply.

If you go to the Talikhidmat Website, click on the link for iOS or Android platform to begin downloading.

 

If you go to the Sarawak Government Portal, select Mobile Apps and choose iOS or Android platform.  


QR Code

You can also use your smart phone to scan the SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0 QR code at the main page of talikhidmat.sarawak.gov.my or www.sarawak.gov.my using a QR Reader. Choose “Open the URL” to begin downloading.

Briefing Session On The Guideline For Handling Customer Feedback Through Talikhidmat System

KUCHING:  A Briefing Session On The Guideline For Handling Customer Feedback Through Talikhidmat System was held on 5th February 2015 at Sarawak State Library.  Organised by Services Modernisation and Quality Unit (UPPQ), Chief Minister's Department, the briefing was participated by 170 officers in charge of public complaints from 158 agencies including State and Federal agencies, local authorities, statutory bodies and government-linked companies. 

The objectives of the briefing are to explain to the agencies the Guideline For Handling Customer Feedback Through Talikhidmat System; to give hands-on demonstration on using Talikhidmat System in handling customer feedback, and to promote SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0.  Also attended the briefing was the Director of UPPQ, Mr. William Patrick Nyigor, who gave an opening remark.

Talikhidmat Exhibition At Sarawak Civil Service Day 2014 on 24th November 2014

KUCHING:  The Service Modernisation and Quality Unit, Chief Minister's Department participated in an exhibition in conjunction with the Sarawak Civil Service Day 2014 held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching on 24th November 2014.  The participation in the exhibition aimed to promote SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0, and to create awareness on Talikhidmat services.
