Ways to install SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0

Website

Visit the Talikhidmat Website at talikhidmat.sarawak.gov.my or the Sarawak Government Portal at www.sarawak.gov.my using your smart phone or smart application device. 

If you go to the Talikhidmat Website, you will automatically be presented with two QR codes one Android and one iOS. Touch or click the appropriate QR code to start downloading the app.

If you go to the Sarawak Government Portal, you will need to click the Talikhidmat link under Online Services. Once you arrive at the Talikhidmat website, click on the link that can be found at the top of the main page and begin downloading.

You can also use your smart phone to scan the SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0 QR code that can be found on the Talikhidmat website under 'Contact Us' at the top right of the main page. Click the mobile web link m555999.sarawak.gov.my to view the QR codes. Scan the appropriate QR code using a QR Code Reader and choose “Open the URL” to begin downloading the Talikhidmat Mobile App.

 

 

Note:

For Android users, please ensure that your smart phone allows 3rd party installation.

To do this, go to Settings>Security>Unknown Sources (Tick Unknown Sources)>Select Ok

Launched of SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0

Talikhidmat is a One Stop Communication Center that channels public enquiries and feedback such as requests for help, complaints, compliments, suggestions or enquiries on services provided by State and Federal agencies in Sarawak to the relevant agencies.

 

To enhance our service delivery to the public, the Sarawak State Government is now introducing a Mobile Application known as SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0. This application provides the public with the ability to personalise their feedback in a fast, easy and hassle free manner anytime and anywhere, 24 hours a day,  7 days  a week.

 

This SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0 is available on iOS version 6.0 and above and Android version 4.0.4 and above.


Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Sarawak Government through the Information and Communication Technology Unit (ICTU), Chief Minister's Department is collaborating with the Sarawak Development Institute (SDI) to conduct the customer satisfaction survey on the Government online services. Please spend few minutes to fill in the survey form (http://survey.sarawak.gov.my).


TALIKHIDMAT
TALIKHIDMAT acts as a one stop communication channel for the public to reach government agencies or non government organisations in the state of Sarawak concerning public services. Initiated by the Chief Minister's Department, it supplements existing communication facilities provided by the agencies.

OBJECTIVE of TALIKHIDMAT is to serve the public by connecting them with an accurate service provider section to handle the reports. With proper management and approach, public will get fast reply.


New! TALIKHIDMAT now supports case submission and status checking via SMS.

To submit a case:
- Type 555999 submit followed by your message
- Example: 555999 submit Street lamp malfunction at Jalan Song
- Submit by sending to this number: 62999

To check your case status:

Conservation of Water

The prevailing El Nino Phenomenon has resulted in the very low river flow in the water catchments of Sungai Sarawak Kiri, the main raw water source for KWB. The Matang Treatment Plant, which supplies the Polytechnic and Telaga areas, is also affected. We are also experiencing high demand from consumers due to the hot and dry weather.

 KWB had activated its Drought Contingency Plan operation and suspended all non-essential flushing and cleaning activities to conserve water. We have also initiated, with urgency, the cloud seeding efforts to create precipitation in the catchments areas.

The consumers are requested to conserve and use water sparingly and to give full cooperations to KWB to ensure continuous supply throughout the hot and dry season. Consumers are also requested to promptly call KWB Call Centre at 082-222333 or text message 019-8866650 on any pipe leak and burst. 

Consumers at higher grounds may experience lower water pressure. Affected consumers can contact KWB Call Centre for delivery of treated water by water tankers.

However, if the current adverse weather situation persists, we may need to impose water rationing. Should the need for water rationing arises, consumers shall be notified vide major newspapers and radio stations. Consumers are strongly advised to visit KWB's website at KWB @ http://www.kwb.gov.my for the latest update.

 Commencing from 31 July 2014, the areas in Bau, Asajaya and Puncak Borneo, which are getting their water supplies from KWB but under the jurisdiction of JKR Kuching and Samarahan, will only receive water supply from 8:00pm to 5:00am the following day. Affected consumers can contact the JKR Kuching, Seksyen Bekalan Air @ 082-203497 / 082-203498 and JKR Samarahan @ 082-672800 for assistance.
