Please be informed that there will be power interruption in your area on the date and time mentioned below. The interruption is to enable our technical teams to carry out maintenance and upgrading work on the distribution system.

The interruption is to enable maintenance and upgrading work to be carried out on the distribution system.
If the weather does not permit the work to be carried out, this planned shutdown will be postponed until further notice.
We regret for the inconveniences caused and will make efforts to restore the electricity supply within the shortest possible time.

WAYS TO INSTALL SCS TALIKHIDMAT APP VERSION 1.0.0
Visit the Talikhidmat Website at talikhidmat.sarawak.gov.my or the Sarawak Government Portal at www.sarawak.gov.my using your smart phone or smart application device.
If you go to the Talikhidmat Website, click on the link for iOS or Android platform to begin downloading.
If you go to the Sarawak Government Portal, select Mobile Apps and choose iOS or Android platform.
You can also use your smart phone to scan the SCS Talikhidmat App Version 1.0.0 QR code at the main page of talikhidmat.sarawak.gov.my or www.sarawak.gov.my using a QR Reader. Choose “Open the URL” to begin downloading.
For Android users, please ensure that your smart phone allows 3rd party installation.
To do this, go to Settings>Security>Unknown Sources (Tick Unknown Sources)>Select Ok
How to Personalise Your Feedback
Sign-up by selecting the 'Non-Member' option and follow these steps

SUBMISSION OF FEEDBACK
To submit your feedback, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the Case Location
2. Under Your Message, select your feedback category and fill in your message details.
(You may add an attachment related to your feedback)
3. Next, fill in Your Information. If you are a registered Member, all personal information will automatically be filled in for you.
4. Should you choose to use the Map feature, please ensure that your GPS is enabled. This Map Feature is an optional function to assist in determining the location of your feedback. Example, location of missing manhole.
5. For Attachments, you can either select from your Photo Gallery or use your phone Camera to take a picture.
6. To submit, select √ at right top corner, or select X at top left corner to cancel the transaction.
